Compact Laminate in panels. Made from solid grade compact high-pressure laminate manufactured under high specific pressure and temperature with bunch of kraft papers impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and decorative papers made of cellulose fibre impregnated with thermosetting melamine resin which provide superior scratch, abrasion, heat, chemical, impact, graffiti & moisture resistance along with anti-bacterial properties. Panels have a black core that when machined, presents a distinctive black edge.

900mm wide x 1500mm deep overall. For showers, this depth can be extended to 1800mm overall with the inclusion of a wing wall and shower seat.

The Nylon Series can also be manufactured to suit non-standard sizes in accordance with design and building requirements.

2000 x 600 (H x W)

All doors will be of single color and made of 12 mm thick HPL compact panel. The doors will have chamfered edges. Each door will be supported by 3 Nylon hinges affixed to the pilasters. Nylon made coat hook and lock set are provided with each door.

1830 x 300 (H x W)

All pilasters will be made of 12 mm thick HPL compact panel with chamfered edge and completed with Nylon thumb turn lock set. Aluminum made door stopper profiles with rubber linings for dampening the noise while door closing will be provided at the vertical ends of the pilasters. Pilasters will be anchored to the floor using Nylon made adjustable legs. The bottom gap is 150-100 mm.

1775 x 1550 (H x W)

All intermediate partitions or dividers will be made of 12 mm thick HPL compact laminate panels. They are affixed with aluminum made U-channel at their ends for ultimate stability of the system.
